Comprehensive patient support
Chiesi Total Care provides nonfinancial assistance to patients with and without prescription drug coverage. Government-funded plans are not eligible for patient support services that provide financial support through the programs. If you are receiving treatment or residing in MA or RI, you are not eligible for infusion assistance. To receive home infusion support, you must be referred to home infusion by your prescribing physician. Please see the full Terms and Conditions for additional eligibility requirements.
Individual support
Your Chiesi Total Care Team is built with your specific needs in mind. Your team may include a Patient Services Coordinator, a Home Nurse, Reimbursement Support Specialists, a Registered Pharmacist, and/or a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to support you every step of the way.
Insurance assistance
Chiesi Total Care assists with insurance coverage and reimbursement questions.
Infusion assistance
For eligible Lamzede patients, Chiesi Total Care offers infusion assistance and copay assistance for infusions.*
Patient education
Patients and caregivers get exclusive access to a Patient Education Liaison who is ready to answer their questions about Lamzede and alpha-mannosidosis.

Insurance eligibility—Chiesi Total Care assists you with:
Commercial insurance
If you have private insurance through your job or own your own business
Government insurance
If you have Medicare, Medicaid, Veterans Affairs Healthcare, or other similar government insurance
No insurance
If you have no insurance, you may be eligible for additional financial assistance.
Copay Assistance
With the Lamzede Copay Programs, you may be eligible to pay as little as $0 for your medication and/or infusions.†
To be eligible for these programs:
- You must be enrolled in Chiesi Total Care
- You must have commercial insurance and a valid prescription for a US Food and Drug Administration (FDA)–approved indication for Lamzede
- You must be a resident of the United States or one of its territories
